Good morning!

So, I spent the majority of yesterday reading through the second book in The Seraphimé Saga (The Winter Wolf), and I have to say... My characters are some crafty fekkers!

Seriously!

I'm not gloating or anything.  They're really clever little tricksters.  It helps, of course, that I haven't picked up this book in two years, so I can only vaguely remember what happens.  Sufficed to say, I rather like The Winter Wolf.  I can't wait to get it out into the world in 2014.

I hope people will react as well to the first book, The Summer Bird, scheduled to come out Hallowe'en this year.  It's a little on the slower side, from what I can remember.  I think that I'll put the two volumes out as a single book (paperback only) sometime in early 2015.  They're better if read together, I think.

Also, today is the last day to vote on what happens next in the Your Very Own Adventure Project.  Once this story is finished, it'll be fixed up and sold with a 'pay what you want' option on Smashwords.com.  Any and all profits from the book will be donated to help ensure disadvantaged children make it to school with everything that they need.

It's a good cause and it's good fun.  How often do you get to direct the plot of a novel, huh?

Right, well, I have to finish my read-through of The Winter Wolf so I can start seriously editing it for my Beta Readers.  Reading through, I realised that I haven't even divided the text into chapters yet.

It must be ready to publish before Hallowe'en 2014.  It's a long process...
